Great experience.
Drew was fantastic. However the services provided by the appraiser were not acceptable. There were multiple errors on the report (refinancing marked instead of purchases, first floor unit marked as occupied instead of vacant). In addition they went on vacation with no backup so the issues impacting closing could not be addressed timely causes delays with closing.
Ken and Arlene were thorough and very responsive.
Matthew was such a very nice person to deal with and he has a lot of patience with us and he went step by step for us to understand exactly what we are doing. I will recommend him to any of my friends and family members. Thanks a lot again Mattew for everything.
