Ken went above and beyond to answer questions and help us through a process that was new for us. He explained things clearly and had examples for every scenario we might find ourselves in. My husband and I have not purchased a home in 23 years. This process was new in some aspects because there are different requirements for a condo purchase versus a single family home. I was confused, hesitant, ignorant and overwhelmed with much of what was going on and what we had to get done. Drew was patient and understanding.
