It was a pleasure to work with Matt. He went over everything specifically. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a new home, he is a very honest man and will get you the best interest rate. If it wasn’t for Matt, I would have paid $3000.00 more for unnecessary charges and would have had 4 points on my mortgage.

Very easy to reach my lender representative at all hours of the day and evening. Personalized attention and most importantly, no hidden fees at closing. Our closing costs were actually about $1000.00 less than the good faith estimate.
