Process was mostly smooth with issues coming from other departments within NJ Lenders when dealing with title company. It was frustrating when 72hrs from closing the same paperwork had to be resubmitted multiple times. Nick was helpful and good with communication throughout.

This is the second house i purchase with Bill Diaz. I am not very familiar with the house buying process but Bill made it so i understood every line on the paperwork and also made sure I didn't make any mistakes while i was in the house buying process. Didn't matter whether I had sufficient time to close (my first house) or had only a single month to close (my 2nd house), Bill always had time to for my wife and I and bent over backwards to have everything ready to close. Matt was great to work with. He was available anytime day or night, including weekends. He would check in to see how things are going with different properties we were interested in. He even went above and beyond looking for properties to share with us that meet our criteria. Every time we spoke on the phone, it felt like catching up with an old friend versus dealing with a lender. He is extremely patient and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend him.
